SENA has secured a CE certificate according to the European Commission Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (PED directive), module A1, which enables CE marking for condensing units. CE (Conformite Europeenne) mark guarantees that the condensing units which SENA designs and produce are in conformity with EU guidelines and directives, and that they don’t endanger safety, health and life of humans or public interest.
By acquiring a CE certificate according to PED directive SENA has fulfilled all requirements for placing of condensing units on the markets of European Union member states. The certificate is issued by international notified body TÜV SÜD Industry Services GmbH, and it involves regular controls by the notified body.
